GreenWest PtX is a flagship renewable hydrogen and Power-to-X cluster in northwestern Ukraine, developed by UDP Renewables (Ukraine) and Hydrogen Partners (Netherlands). It features 500 MW of electrolysis capacity supported by 1 GW of renewable energy and benefits from strategic proximity to the EU border. The project is focused on exporting renewable hydrogen and derivatives to key EU demand centres, contributing to Ukraine’s recovery, strengthening energy security, and accelerating integration
